Great stay at this budget-friendly spot! the location is super convenient, right in the middle of everything. It's a stone's throw away from Jungceylon, Bangla Street, and Banzaan Market, plus tons of dining options nearby. 🌟.

the place is fairly clean, the room is well-kept, the staff is outstandingly accommodating and super friendly. the location is magnificent and amazing with free parking available onsite.

Clean, budget hotel, I truly enjoyed good-sized and air-conditioned rooms and amicable staff. The venue was in an amazing location near to restaurants and Jungceylon shopping mall and Patong Beach, Bangla Road & Jungceylon Mall as well as numerous banks and money changers and the massive Jungcelyon mall. It also was too close to clubs.

The bed was extremely hard, unfortunately.

This was a GREAT stay for 10 nights. Deluxe queen room I stayed at was neat and airy with a big fridge.

Spacious and well-lit rooms with a ceiling fan and a large refrigerator. the variety of delicious food options available here was much appreciated. Its super convenient central location was a big plus! 😊.

I have stayed there before several times when it was called touch villa. The location and general environment and room cleaning staff are good and the decor has improved. However some things have deteriorated to the extent that I woud probably not go again and these problems are laid out below.

No hot water after about 9pm to 10am the following day. They seem to rely on solar heating but when the hotel is full the capacity is not enough and it runs cold early evening and stays cold all night. The Hacienda reception staff just could not speak adequate english. The touch villa staff were good in this respect---what went wrong? The room was not bug free, first evening I killed 15 mosquitoes and the second a similar number. I bunged up the holes in the window mosquito mesh in the shower room and this improved matters. then just down to a couple per night plus the odd cockroach.

The hotel is very small and cheap, but it has exellent value for money! The room was always clean and the staff always friendly and helpfull. The small garden is very clean and well maintained. The location is good - just a minute walk from shopping centre and Bangla Road, 10 minutes walk from the beach.

This place is beautiful, clean, with free wi-fi and is conveniently located near vibrant nightlife, offering affordable prices.

Location is very close to Bangla Road, just 1minute walk, and 5 minute walk to reach Patong Beach, and also 1 minute walk to Jungceylon Mall, you can find many seafood restoraunt for 1minute walk.. The staff were very friendly, the service was very nice.. the room is clean.. Good value for money..

No swimming pool..

Other personel except early morning time working one are the worst staf i have seen in my life, they never say even hi, they are very rude. They don t know anything about how to talk with guests, some of them are not even speaking english. I stayed for one week , just only one day was very noisy. This might be something unusual Internet connection is not working properly. They are asking commission for credit card
